Thank you so much for choosing Gracefully Dipped for your custom treats! Each order is thoughtfully planned, prepared and designed with care to create something beautiful and delicious for your special event. Please review the policies below before placing your order.

Ordering & Availability
  • All custom orders are subject to availability.

  • Orders are not considered booked until the required deposit has been received.

  • Because all treats are made to order, I recommend booking as early as possible, especially for holidays, birthdays, baby showers, weddings, and other special events.

  • Gracefully Dipped reserves the right to decline any order based on availability, design scope or scheduling limitations.

Payment Policy
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your order date.

  • The remaining 50% balance is due at the time of pick up unless otherwise discussed in advance.

  • Orders will not be started or finalized until the deposit has been received.

  • Full payment must be made by pickup. Orders not paid in full may not be released.

Deposit & Rescheduling Policy
  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Deposits may be transferred to a new order date only if at least 7 days’ notice is provided before the original scheduled pickup date.

  • Rescheduled orders are subject to calendar availability.

  • If less than 7 days’ notice is given, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit may be required to place a future order.

Rush Order Policy
  • Any order placed within 5 days of the scheduled pickup date is considered a rush order and will incur an additional $20 rush fee.

  • Requests for an earlier pickup date than originally scheduled may also be considered a rush order and may require an additional $20 rush fee, depending on availability and turnaround time.

  • Rush orders are accepted at Gracefully Dipped’s discretion and are not guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy
  • Because custom treats require advance planning, preparation, and ordering of supplies, all deposits are non-refundable.

  • If an order it cancelled by the client, any payments already made may be non-refundable depending on how close the cancellation is to the event date and whether work or materials have already been purchased for the order.

  • If Gracefully Dipped must cancel an order due to an unforeseen emergency, this will be communicated promptly and a fair solution will be made.

Treat Care and Storage
  • Custom dipped treats should be stored in a cool, dry place unless otherwise instructed.

  • Treats should be kept away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity, as chocolate and decorative details can soften, melt or become damaged.

  • For best taste and freshness, treats should be enjoyed within 72 hours of pickup, unless otherwise instructed at pickup.

  • Keeping treats in an airtight container and refrigerating can extended freshness.

  • Gracefully Dipped is not responsible for damage or quality changes once treats have been picked up and stored outside of recommended conditions.

Final Product Disclaimer
  • All Gracefully Dipped Treats are handmade, and slight variations in color, design placement, drizzle, sprinkles and decorative details are normal.

  • Colors may appear slightly different in person than they do on a phone or computer screen due to lighting and screen settings.

  • By placing an order, the client acknowledges and accepts these natural handmade variations.

Design and Customization Policy
  • Custom treats are designed based on the details discussed at the time of booking, including theme, color palette, treat type, quantity and inspiration photos provided.

  • Inspirations photos are welcome and helpful, but they are used as a reference only. Gracefully Dipped does not copy another artist’s work exactly and cannot guarantee an exact replica of any design.

  • Artistic freedom may be used when needed to best fit the theme, color palette, treat type and decorating style.

  • Small design variations may occur due to the handmade nature of custom treats.

Pickup Policy
  • Gracefully Dipped is currently a pickup-only business unless otherwise arranged.

  • Clients are responsible for arriving during the agreed-upon timeframe.

  • Please make sure your vehicle is level and temperature appropriate for transporting treats safely.

  • Once an order has been picked up and accepted, Gracefully Dipped is no longer responsible for damage caused by transport, improper storage, weather exposure, or mishandling.

Breakage/Damage Disclaimer
  • While every order is packaged with care, Gracefully Dipped is not responsible for damage that occurs after pickup.

  • This includes: breakage, smudging, cracking, melting or shifting caused by transportation, dropping, leaving treats in a warm vehicle or improper storage.

Right to Refuse Services

  • Gracefully Dipped Reserves the right to decline or cancel an order due to:

    • lack of availability,

    • incomplete payment,

    • abusive or inappropriate communication,

    • unrealistic turnaround expectations,

    • or any circumstance that prevents the order from being completed properly and safely.

Changes to Orders
  • Any changes to your order, including quantity, colors, theme, design details or pickup date, must be requested as soon as possible.

  • Changes requested after booking are not guaranteed and are subject to availability, timing and supply limitations.

  • Significant design changes or quantity increases may result in an updated invoice.

  • Requests for earlier pickup dates may be treated as rush order and subject to the rush fee policy.

Late Pickup Polciy
  • Please arrive within your scheduled pickup window whenever possible.

  • If you are running late, communication is appreciated.

  • Orders not picked up at the agreed-upon time without communication may be subject to a revised pickup time based on availability or cancellation.

Allergy Disclaimer

  • Gracefully Dipped products are made in a home kitchen and may come in contact with common allergens including, but not limited to: milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts and tree nuts.

  • While ingredient information is shared, Gracefully Dipped cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

  • Clients are responsible of informing guests of any known food allergies or dietary concerns.

Agreement

  • By placing an order and submitting a deposit, the client acknowledges that they have read and agreed to Gracefully Dipped’s custom order policies.
